A 25 minute session designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and stability while engaging all muscles in all planes of movement. We use a circle band, resistance band, foam roller and stretching strap. This workout is great for those new to working out as well as endurance athletes looking to complement their training during peak / taper weeks.
