I’m a professional triathlete with certifications in triathlon coaching, swimming, nutrition, and strength & conditioning. I earned my degree in kinesiology and specialize in injury prevention and performance. As a dedicated coach and clear communicator, I strive to make training intentions easy to understand while providing consistent, timely feedback to support my athletes’ growth. I take a holistic approach to health—valuing balance across training, stress, sleep, relationships, nutrition, and emotional well-being—which is reflected in my interests in folk herbalism and organic gardening.

Along the way, I’ve earned numerous podium finishes and qualified multiple times for the Hawaii Ironman World Championships. I love the variety that triathlon training brings and the dedication it requires to pursue big goals. What truly drives me is sharing my passion for the sport and inspiring others to chase — and achieve — their biggest dreams.
