“Joining the Kawaoka Coaching team has been the best decision of my running career.  I was a competitive gymnastics through college, and started my running career later in life.  After a few years of running casually I decided it was time to step up my game.  Coach Becca encouraged me to join her for some group track training sessions, and I was hooked!  Over the past 18 months I have set PR’s in every distance I have raced: 5k, 10k, 15k, and ½ marathons. Not small PR’s either… Huge ones! I even won a half marathon! I strongly believe this is entirely due to the dedication that this coaching team has to my training plan.  Becca has helped me set strong yet reasonable goals, and has been there to provide customized, honest feedback.
