We can all benefit from basic, consistent posture movements and simple core training! This workout includes flexibility, mobility and strength patterns that engage the upper back, glutes and core while “unkinking” tight / overused muscles and joints. This is a staple exercise great for all levels, but you should always consult a physician before beginning a new exercise program.
