Join Coach Becca for a full, functional 45 minute lower body focused session. This workout includes a mobility – focused warm up prior to a challenging main set. Variations are shown and demonstrated, however individuals should use caution exercising alone (and always get cleared by a physician before starting a new program!) A set of heavy (as defined per individual) and lighter weights is needed, along with a bench or stuffy chair you can safely step into is needed today. Mat optional. Enjoy!
